On 16th July 2024, the XX Network Bridge went live to the public.
You can now bridge from native XX coin into the ETH WXX token and back again without using an exchange at: https://bridge.xx.network/
Available for desktop browsers, the site allows you to connect both your XX and ETH wallets at the same time and move assets between the two. If bridging between WXX tokens and native XX coin, you only have to connect your ETH wallet and can send the coins to any native XX coin address.
A small walkthrough
In this series of screenshots, we are turning WXX to XX. In my own personal testing I have used Metamask (for WXX) and Subwallet (for XX) with no problem. All major wallets are supported. The screenshots below are using Trust Wallet (with Ledger) and sending the funds to a manually inputted XX address.
Note: You should have enough ETH funds to cover anticipated contract gas costs if bridging to WXX (you will see them as you use it).
